The rs888 platform is strictly for users aged 18 years or older. Age verification is mandatory. Underage accounts will be suspended and deposits returned where possible.
Each individual may hold only one rs888 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses associated with the duplicate.
Withdrawals cannot be processed until identity verification is complete. rs888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

You may be required to submit identity documentation – including but not limited to a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or utility bill – before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
All transactions on the rs888 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rs888 does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply charges independently of rs888.
Approved deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. rs888 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in your account banking section at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted by rs888 in response to regulatory requirements, fraud risk assessments, or operational factors.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified rs888 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. rs888 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if KYC verification is incomplete or if the withdrawal triggers a risk or fraud review.
rs888 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed faster than bank transfers. rs888 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
All bets placed on the rs888 sportsbook, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, tennis, UFC, boxing, and other sports, are subject to these Terms and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement.

In-play betting markets are subject to faster change and may be suspended or settled during or immediately after live events. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that bets placed in live markets are intentional and reflect their understanding of the current state of play.
Once a bet is confirmed by the rs888 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless an error by rs888 is acknowledged and a void is issued. Settled bets are final except where rs888 identifies a clear and demonstrable pricing error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs888 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
rs888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability as described above, rs888's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
rs888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any regulatory requirement to do so. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, rs888 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances or bonus-derived winnings.
Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to user breach, rs888 will make commercially reasonable efforts to return verified funds to the account holder using the most recently used withdrawal method.
You may close your rs888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules.
rs888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rs888 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by applicable regulatory obligations, rs888 will provide advance notice of material amendments via the contact details registered on your account.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rs888 holds its gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and rs888 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting rs888 customer support at [email protected]. rs888 will respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
